Potato Serving of mixed greens 


Fixings 

1 tbsp lemon juice 

1/4 glass Greek yogurt 

1/4 glass mayonnaise low-fat 

1 expansive apple hacked (like Granny Smith) 

1 Bosc pear stripped, cored and diced 

1 glass grapes seedless, divided 

2 stalks celery slashed 

1 cup chicken bosom slashed 

1/4 glass raisins 

1/4 glass walnuts cleaved 

1/2 tsp salt or to taste 

1/4 tsp pepper or to taste 

1 Romaine lettuce washed, dried and slashed 

Guidelines 

Join lemon juice, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise in a little bowl and whisk well. 

Include the slashed apple, pear, grapes, celery, chicken, raisins and walnuts to a vast bowl and hurl. Pour the readied yogurt dressing over the plate of mixed greens and hurl well. Season with salt and pepper as required. 

Serve over the Romaine lettuce. Refrigerate scraps. 

Notes
