Crispy Sweet Sweet Spicy Wings
These sweet and spicy sticky wings were the answer to a recent need. The last night we had some friends and I was in the mood for something spicy, so I imagined this sweet and spicy icing very simple with my fried crispy wings. It was fantastic.
ingredients
For the wings
4 tablespoons milk
For frosting
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp. In olive oil
2/3 cup of honey
2 tbsp. Chinese ground chili paste, chopped with fresh peppers (adjust to taste)
1/2 c. Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. Salt tea

- 2 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 C. Cayenne pepper
- 3 c. Chinese five-spice powder
- 4 c. At sea salt tea
- 1 C. Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 c. Ground ginger
- 2 eggs
