CHICKEN BREAST PERFECTLY COOKED
The perfectly cooked chicken breast recipe is easy and gives you the best results for a baked / boneless skinless chicken breast. They are juicy and delicious! We do them several times a month.





ingredients

1/4 cup of salt

6 cups of water

4 chicken breasts (skinless / boneless)

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Spice Rub

1 C. Coarse salt (3/4 teaspoons salt)

1/2 c. Pepper tea

1/4 c. Onion powder

3/4 c. Teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 c. Tea smoked paprika (sweet golden paprika)



Instructions



Before you start, check the packaging to see if your chicken breasts are treated with salt water.

Otherwise, dissolve 1/4 cup of salt in 6 cups of warm water (not too hot) in a large bowl. Add the chicken breasts and let them soak for 20-30 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and dry with paper towels.

While preparing the chicken, mix the spices in a small bowl and set aside.

Set your oven to 425 °.

Rub the chicken with olive oil and rub with the spice mixture on both sides.

Cook uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the breasts) or until the chicken is cooked through and is no longer pink. If it is to be used, it should be between 160 and 170 ° F (the FDA recommends 165 ° F). Do not let it cook too much!



Let the chicken rest about 5 to 10 minutes, lightly covered, before serving, and it will be juicy and fluffy.
