CHICKEN BREAST COOKED WITH SINGLE OVEN

This simple baked chicken breast has its own flavor and is made with simple ingredients. This is the best way to make chicken and works great with a single side.

ingredients


  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 C. Onion powder
  • 1 C. Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 c. Pepper tea

Instructions




  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the chicken breasts.
  • Using a spoon, pour the minced garlic and butter mixture onto the chicken breast. Make sure to coat both sides of the chicken well.
  • In another small bowl, combines paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix. Sprinkle the seasonings on the sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Bake the chicken in the oven for 20 to 35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. When the chicken is cooked, the temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This is the safe internal temperature for white meat and black chicken meat.
  • Take the chicken out of the oven and put it in a spoon and add chicken juice to the meat. Let the meat rest for about 5 minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
