Sweet Cornbread Cake with Salted Honey Butter Frosting
Ingredients:
• ½ cup yellow cornmeal
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
• 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
• 3 eggs, room temp
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 ½ cups buttermilk, room temp
• Salted Honey Butter Frosting (recipe below)
Preparation:
-Preheat the oven to 350°, and line two 8” cake pans with parchment, and spray with cooking spray.....................
