Zucchini Nacho Chips 



Fixings 

1 expansive zucchini 

1 TBS "healthified" taco flavoring 

Coconut Oil for singing 

Guidelines 

Cut the zucchini into flimsy strips utilizing a mandolin (click HERE to locate the one I utilized.) 

Spot cuts in colander over the sink and sprinkle with loads of salt. Let sit for 5 minutes at that point press out water. 

Warmth the oil in a fryer or skillet to 350 degrees F. 

Drop the cut zucchini into the hot oil. Working in clusters of around 20 chips at any given moment. 

When the zucchini turn brilliant darker, expel from fryer and spot onto paper towel.
