Simple, basic, brilliantly flavorful simmered carrots arranged with the most fantastic garlic spread and sweet nectar sauce.

Fixings 

2 pounds carrots askew slice into around 2 to 3-inch pieces

4 garlic cloves minced 

2 tablespoons nectar 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1/4 teaspoon crisp ground pepper 

slashed crisp parsley for trimming 

Directions 

Preheat stove to 425F. 

Oil a rimmed preparing sheet with cooking splash and put aside.
