Fixings 

1/2 30 oz sack destroyed hash tans, defrosted 

1 8 oz square cream cheddar, cut in 1/2" 3D shapes 

1 tsp salt 

1 tsp pepper 

1 lb hotdog 

8 oz sharp cheddar 

12 eggs 

1 container milk 

1/4 container flour 

Directions 

Preheat stove to 350F 

Cook hotdog in a skillet over medium high warmth working it into disintegrates with a spatula until it is cooked through. 

Join the hash tans and salt and pepper. At that point tenderly blend in the cream cheddar until equally dispersed all through the hash tans. 

Spread the hash tans into the base of a 9x13 heating dish at that point top equally with the hotdog and 1/2 (4 oz) of the cheddar. 

In a different bowl, place the flour in the bowl and gradually add milk while speeding to keep the blend smooth until all milk is included. At that point split every one of the eggs into the blend and whisk again until the blend is smooth. Pour the egg blend over the highest point of the wiener, hash darker dish. 

Spread the rest of the cheddar over the highest point of the dish. 

Prepare on the center rack for 30-40 minutes or until the dish is done through.
