Guidelines
Penetrate the potatoes on numerous occasions with a fork, at that point microwave them for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender.* Cautiously split the potatoes and let cool. When cool enough to deal with, evacuate the skins, and cut into pieces.

Then, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high warmth until fresh. Exchange to a paper towel-lined plate to deplete and cool. Save up to 1 tablespoon of the bacon fat from the container, disposing of the rest. When the bacon has cooled, disintegrate it into little pieces.

Convey to a light stew and race in the legitimate salt, garlic salt and pepper. Keep at a light stew until the blend has thickened somewhat, 5 to 7 minutes.

On the off chance that you'd like to utilize cheeses and bacon as a trimming, hold 1/4 measure of t each. Blend in the rest of the cheeses, remaining bacon, and the acrid cream. Expel the pot from the warmth. Scoop potato lumps into the skillet, breaking them into little pieces or abandoning them thick, contingent upon your inclination. Serve hot, finished with your most loved toppings, similar to cheddar, bacon and chives.
