CHOCOLATE Cooler CAKE 

Chocolate Cooler Cake was a gigantic hit! With layers of chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse and chocolate graham wafers all finished with chocolate sauce, you will be in a chocolate trance like state in the wake of eating it 


Fixings 

14.4 oz box of Chocolate Graham Saltines 

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 

8 oz cream cheddar, room temperature 

1/2 glass sugar 

3 tbsp milk 

1/2 glass cocoa 

8 oz cool whip (or natively constructed whipped cream*) 

CHOCOLATE GANACHE 

11 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (around 2 glasses) 

3/4 glass overwhelming whipping cream 

CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM AND Garnishes 

3/4 glass overwhelming whipping cream 

1/2 tbsp cocoa 

1/4 glass powdered sugar 

Chocolate sauce (I utilized this one) 

Smaller than expected chocolate chips 

Guidelines 

TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 

1. Consolidate cream cheddar, sugar and milk together in the bowl of a stand blender, or with a hand blender. Blend until totally consolidated. 

2. Include cocoa and blend until smooth. 

3. Overlay in the cool whip. 

TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE 

1. Spot chocolate contributes a metal bowl. 

2. Microwave the substantial cream until it begins to bubble. Expel from microwave and pour over chocolate chips. 

3. Spread bowl with plastic wrap for 5-7 minutes. 

4. Whisk chocolate and cream until smooth. 

TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM 

1. Include the overwhelming whipping cream, cocoa and powdered sugar to a substantial blender fitted with the whisk connection. 

2. Whip on rapid until hardened pinnacles structure. 

Assembling Everything 

1. Spot a solitary layer of graham wafers in the base of a 9×13 skillet. 

2. Top graham wafers with half of the mousse blend and spread equitably. 

3. Spread portion of the chocolate ganache over the mousse blend and spread equitably. 

4. Spot another layer of graham wafers over the chocolate ganache 

5. Spread residual mousse blend over graham saltines. 

6. Pour remaining ganache over mousse blend and spread equitably. 

7. Top ganache with one more layer of graham saltines. 

8. Top cake with chocolate whipped cream and spread into an even layer. 

9. Completion cake off with chocolate sauce and small scale chocolate chips, whenever wanted. 

*If making hand crafted whipped cream, I prescribe 1/4 mugs whipping cream and 1/2 glass powdered sugar.
