CHICKEN ENCHILADA RICE Goulash 

Chicken Enchilada Rice Goulash - every one of the makings of a chicken enchilada yet with rice. It's essentially heavenly! 


Fixings 

2 glasses Basmati rice uncooked 

1 glass white cheddar destroyed 

1 glass Monterey Jack cheddar destroyed 

3 chicken bosoms cooked and destroyed 

20 oz Enchilada sauce I utilized Old El Paso 

16 oz refried beans I utilized Old El Paso 

11 oz corn part depleted (1 can) 

cilantro for enhancement 

1/4 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp dark pepper naturally ground 

Guidelines 

Cook the rice. I cooked it with some water and 1/some spread. 

Preheat broiler to 350 F degrees. 

Combine the 2 cheeses. 

In a vast bowl blend the destroyed chicken with the enchilada sauce, refried beans and half of the cheddar. Include rice, season with salt and pepper if necessary, and blend well. Empty rice blend into a huge meal dish. Top with corn then with rest of cheddar. 

Heat for around 20 to 30 minutes or until cheddar softens and is bubbly. 

Embellishment with cleaved cilantro and serve warm.
